Meet Howard

Howard Rhoder is a practical, no-nonsense agent. He believes in treating people how he wants to be treated, fighting for what they want, and never accepting “no” as an answer to what they desire.

 

A San Antonio native, Howard launched his real estate career after 30 years as a sales professional, 10 of which were as a sales representative for a new home builder. After selling his first home for a profit, real estate seemed like a career worth pursuing, and he earned his license in 2011. He got his foot in the door of a large brokerage and was a top producer for five years straight, continually reminding clients that superior customer service still exists. He treasures working with all clients, but he loves helping first-time homebuyers the most.

 

On a personal note, Howard puts a great deal of emphasis on family, which has always strongly influenced how he handles his career. He enjoys sports, including coaching, and he’s passionate about his community and volunteering for the San Antonio Food Bank.
